Steele, North trump Lady Aces
Underwood makes season-debut for Lady Stars
GREENVILLE – Abby Steele had 20 points to lead three
Lady Stars in double figures as host Muhlenberg North downed pesky Owensboro
Catholic 55-48 Feb. 5. “They’re a good, solid basketball team, so
I was very proud of our girls for coming out and competing like they did,”
said North coach Mike Harper of Catholic. “This was our fourth game
in seven days, so I thought we played a little tired at times. We
were able to gut it out, though, and get a good win.”
