Walter Fallan Ragland
GREENVILLE – Walter Fallan Ragland,
74, died Saturday, July 7, 2007 at the Cleveland VA Medical
Center Brecksville Campus in Cleveland, Ohio following
several months illness.
Born in Earls, Ky. July 10, 1932, he
was the son of the late Harley Fallan Ragland and Eliza
Mae Stovall Ragland. He retired from Lab Corp. after many
years of service. He was an Army veteran, having served
in the Korean War and was of the Baptist faith. He was
preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Roark.
Survivors include two sons, Eric (Anna
Marie) Ragland of Santa Clarita, Calif. and Scott (Kate)
Ragland of Strongsville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jessica
Ragland and Josh Ragland of Santa Clarita and Elizabeth
Ragland and Emily Ragland of Strongsville; a sister, Joyce
Waddle of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m.
July 14 at Gary's Funeral Home in Greenville with Dr.
Richard Mason officiating. Burial followed in East Union
Cemetery in Graham.

Clifford,

Bell. She
was also
a loving
step-mother
to Randy
