Smith, Suns scorch North Stars

    GREENVILLE – Tyler Smith did it all for Muhlenberg South May 8.  The senior was 2-for-3 with three RBI and picked up the pitching victory as the Suns smacked North 12-2 at MSHS.

North takes third place at weightlifting meet



The Muhlenberg North Stars football team finished third in two divisions at the Butler County Powerlifting meet April 28th.  North finished third in the below-180-pound team division and third in the above-180-pound team division. North was edged out for second place by Butler County, and Greenwood won the meet in both divisions. Roll nominated as field director of Little League International Board of Directors

   
A Greenville man has been nominated as a field director of the Little League International Board of Directors.
    John Roll was nominated to represent the United States central region for the Little League baseball and softball teams. He played his first Little League season in 1951, and following his graduation from the program, volunteered as a coach, manager, league president and assistant district administrator.
